I just grab a bunch of fresh beets (I think they come in bunches of around 5-7? Scrub them, chop off the ends, peel if you want- if you don't peel them, it has more of an earthy taste? Did you know there is an unusual amount of galahs hanging around Tat at the moment? Very weird and they are everywhere - maybe something to do with the draught and the rain?
