Our small 20 acre farm is located in a quiet valley in hilly rural landscape. Our fields are all herb rich permanent pasture divided by ancient hedgerows. We aim to farm in balance with nature and increase biodiversity. We farm organically and are accredited with the Soil Association. Proudly powered by Weebly.
Dove Cottage - My Site

Dove Cottage is part of our farm, and opposite our own house. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with full-size bunk beds. A large living room contains a kitchen area and a woodburning stove. The cottage is furnished simply and equipped with the necessities but no luxuries. No dishwasher and no hot tub, sorry! The cottage has got solar water heating and benefits from our solar PV system. When the sun doesn't shine we buy electricity from Good Energy - 100% renewable energy.

While you are staying in Dove Cottage why not try your hand at learning to spin, felt or weave. I offer the following craft activities by arrangement:. Beginners spinning (both on drop spindle and spinning wheel). Crazy carding and spinning art yarns Spinning not just wool: silk, cotton, alpaca. We sell organic Shetland DK (double knitting) yarn from our organic flock of sheep, spun at a local mill in Pembrokeshire, Curlew Weavers. We also sell washed and carded Shetland wool for handspinning and felting, as well as fleeces. The wool is free from pesticides and other chemicals. The wool spins, felts and dyes very well. Me and ben moved in together. our first 3 months were great. I couldnt have been happier. now that 6 months have passed were only friends. and happy with that conclusion. i will miss him, now that rents up. i found myself a much nicer place which i will move into on the 1st. im excited to be movin on up. =).
