Well look at the young players in computer teams, they develop min 15% per year. (look at vincent kompany, samir nasri at the end of each season). In my case the best success ive had is with charles n'zogbia whose developed 6% in a year. in my team. So i found a solution, i loan out my young player and he comes back a pr0digy! I like more pro evolution6.

I'm leaning toward Schaub, if he's healthy, although Campbell should be good for some garbage points late in the game. At WR, I don't think it really makes too big a difference either way.
