The meet went well and we were out by 1:30, great for another hot day. Cody had a Blue Ribbon Day! He came in 1st in all his races, including his two relay teams. His times didn't improve over any of his bests from the season, but they were close. Tyler also had a Blue Ribbon Day! PR's in two events capped off a great day in the pool! Saturday night we...

Project 365 and Crafty Blog: go here. Wednesday, October 29, 2014. There has been a lot of concrete work going on in our neighborhood. The boys have been camped out outside whenever possible to check it out. Poor day fun! Friday we went to the OV Community Center for Trunk or Treat. The boys looked great in their costumes. Cody the Red Skittle. Following the ToT we headed inside to watch ParaNorman on the big screen. Such a weird movie, but fun for Friday night! Thursday, October 23, 2014. Starting to ru...

Scollay Family Happenings: Easter
http://andreascollay.blogspot.com/2015/04/easter.html
Project 365 and Crafty Blog: go here. Sunday, April 5, 2015. We had a quiet Easter this year. The boys woke up to find their baskets waiting for them. New kites, wood building and painting kits and some candy treats. Then we headed over to Rich and Judy's for brunch and an egg hunt. The littlest one was not impressed with the morning activities. Aiden had fun finding his eggs. Helping Tyler look for his missing egg. A new dress for Annabel made by Grandma. A little football after the hunt.

Sewing, child taming, getting it done. Everybody loves an upgrade…. May 1, 2013. So my youngest goes to a preschool that has had the same Very Hungry Caterpillar activity for like 15 years. Basically, you have a caterpillar, and you make it go through all the food in the book. It’s a cute idea, but THIS was their caterpillar. Seriously people– a dirty old gym sock with a face drawn on it. And that brown circle? The food was really super fun to make. First, the fruits. I free motioned the seeds on...Oddly...

I also haven't been doing much in the crafty department, but did make this all season wreath for the front door. A bit of skating fun during Spring Break. The boys started swim clinic at the beginning of April, happy to be back at the OV pool. Last week, full practices started. Sharky came out to great the team the first day.

Scollay Family Happenings: Cody turns 11
http://andreascollay.blogspot.com/2015/03/cody-turns-11.html
Project 365 and Crafty Blog: go here. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. That's where we are, knocking on the teenage door and officially settled into the tweens. Cody is nicely settling into that area. He's funny and kind, likes to help out, still reads more books that I can keep up with, and is So very smart with engineering. He also likes to test boundaries, pick at his brother and can be a bit sneaky. That being said, we're happy with the person he's becoming. Happiness came in the tiniest of packages! Then he...

http://andreascollay.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Project 365 and Crafty Blog: go here. Monday, March 31, 2014. Holy moly, we've hit the double digits! Cody has turned out to be a smart, curious, and kind guy. His usual spot is tucked away somewhere cozy with a book, if allowed, he would spend hours sitting in the sun engrossed in a tale. He is still our soccer guy that is excited to get back into the pool for another swim season. Turning 10 was full of good times! Thursday, March 27, 2014. Cody explaining the lion mane look they had. With turtles in th...
