Over the last few years one of my major conduits of personal growth has been through athletics. Previous to this period I had no concept of leading and athletic life. It just didn't seem in the realm of possibilities with my disability. It wasn't until I started my journey into CrossFit. That I began to see things differently. I now hold athletics as one of the cornerstones of leading a healthy and productive life. Furthermore these athletics provide a critical context for my orthotic.
