Ramblings of a very tired mom. Tuesday, November 10, 2009. Scanxiety and the Result. Today was a long day. It started at 5am with a trip to Medical City for Eva's scans. Today's scans were her one-year post-chemo scans. Your chance of recurrence is greatest within the first two years, however, the first year scan is a biggie.
