The social media thing has certainly taken off. But it seems to have taken off in multiple ever-changing directions and speeds. We get almost daily pitches to take social media training so that we can make a jillion dollars a week sitting at the computer in our jammies sending out random tweets and posts. It remains totally unclear to me exactly how this stuff is going to benefit our clients and our business. But I am at the point of believing it could. So, here we go.
