Saturday, May 9, 2009. I knew with three kids that my life was a three-ring circus but this week, it became even more apparent! It was bedtime and the girls were supposed to be cleaning up the markers they'd been coloring with. Kylee runs out with her red little nose and we couldn't stop laughing. While we took her picture, Brooklynn grabbed a marker and ran for the bathroom. She wanted to join the fun! They have to be the most beautiful circus clowns on the planet, though, right? Monday, July 27, 2009. Recently, we joined Netflix so we could get movies without having to buy and store them. The girls love it because they get a mailbox full of fun movies. The most recent mailing was Tinkerbell. They've watched a gazillion times over the past several days. She crossed her arms and got very serious. She said, "well, there's at least one! Friday, February 5, 2010. I have very quickly discovered that there is a whole sub-culture of Photoshoppers! I am having so much fun playing with my new program. I thought I'd share a couple of treatments I've done on Brooklynn's pic. I am using the same picture over and over again bc, well.she's the only kid I could pin down long enough to take a picture. :). This is the original photo. I love this vintage effect. I love those baby blues. Such a sweet little face. The pictures are BEAUTIFUL!

Monday, June 28, 2010. 10 days left here in MS. I am sad, excited, nervous, and curious about this move. We will be moving back to VA. We lived there for 6 months almost 6 years ago. We were newlyweds, pregnant, and Nathan was newly commissioned and in school. This time we will be plus three kids, 3 deployments, and 7 years of marriage. Saturday, May 1, 2010. I am on the last leg of my first photography class. It was cheap and only lasted 6 weeks. I was the youngest student by a good 25 years or more. Sunday, March 7, 2010. All I Want for Christmas. Is my two front teeth! Brooklynn lost the first of two loose teeth tonight! I can't believe she's old enough to be visited by the tooth fairy! Thankfully the tooth fairy had some cash tonight or we'd be in trouble! She was eating at the time it came out- -she swallowed her tooth along with her poptart! Regardless, she is one happy camper! Friday, October 9, 2009. More on the love of lipstick! My last post featured my sweet B in her bright pink lipstick. Well, apparently she and her little sister felt it was their sisterly duty to share their passion for pink with. He has, for the past few days, walked around the house with a tube of pretty pink lipgloss. He can open it, load up the brush, and smear it.all by himself!
