Thursday, July 3, 2014. After school got out and before our too long vacation we went on an amazing hike here! It was so beautiful! It was amazing because it was so unexpected. First we spotted a ruin. This storage area was really cool because there is still a wooden cieling. The wood was preserved because it was covered by rocks. There were a lot of pottery shards. Prickly pear blooms in so many colors, I didn't know that, but we saw 4 different colors on this hike. One thing we didn't take a picture of...

Monday, July 20, 2015. This area was supposed to have more petroglyphs, I really looked but didn't see any, but it was the feasting place for mosquitoes. We didn't notice until we were already eaten alive, mostly James, his poor face. We were able to climb into the bottom ruin, it was mostly a wall around a cave. Monday, July 20, 2015. So Devon really likes to build fires in his new fire pit. I took some pictures of Carrie on a Sunday I stayed home, but she was feeling fine. They are both pretty classically Carrie. James and Carrie swinging, yes Carrie often falls off when they do this. A June obsession- Plants vs Zombies.
