Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Camping and Fishing @ Elk River. Dillon picked out our campground. He's got the eyes for it! Our new 2 person backpacking tent. Steve near fire pit. I'm taking picture from our tent. While getting breakfast ready at picnic table,. I noticed something in the tree above me. We witnessed the most amazing view of the night sky. Absolutely, breathtaking! We saw more stars than I've ever seen (even more than from Adirondack Mountains). I also got a glimpse of a shooting star too!

Saturday, August 27, 2011. 2011 USA Pro Cycling Challenge. The Break consisted of 4 cyclists (pulled away from group in front). The Peloton - majority of the cyclists. Friday, August 5, 2011. Dillon Z. parks vehicle and keeps it safe at Denver Airport, while we head to NC for Business Conference. Not looking forward to late night arrival (2am), but I'm excited to get educated. I love learning (yes teachers love to learn too) and helping others save money shopping online for the things they are already buying! Tried to capture video, but didn't work. Bummer. Hope to get more pictures posted soon. Monday, August 1, 2011. Starts at 11,990 feet and tops out at 12,479 feet.
