G'Day Australia!: Murphy's Law
http://luttrellsatmanlybeach.blogspot.com/2009/02/murphys-law.html
Tuesday, February 10, 2009. So yesterday (Tuesday) Jay and I are back at South Narrebeen for a morning surf. After wiping out on my first wave, I paddle back out and proceed to duck dive underneath a chunky wave. I sit up on my board and brush something from off my left eye socket. I look down at my fingers and notice two jellyfish tentacles. My eyebrow, nose and underneath my eyelid immediately starts burning. Today my left eye is still swollen and puffy. Good times. Matt and Veronica Luttrell.

G'Day Australia!: October 2008
http://luttrellsatmanlybeach.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 26, 2008. Well, I guess it was only a matter of time before this blog began to feel like a chore. Sorry for the hiatus, just been enjoying some beautiful spring weather here in Oz. Since Maria left we have been taking it pretty easy, eating at our favorite places, hanging with friends, and in general trying to savor our remaining time in Manly. Veronica and I got hooked on "Dexter", perhaps one of the greatest TV shows EVER! Haven't taken any photos in a while, so alas, nothing to view wi...

G'Day Australia!: The NY Times is surf crazed in 2009

Thursday, January 22, 2009. The NY Times is surf crazed in 2009. Http:/ www.nytimes.com/2009/01/23/sports/othersports/23surfing.html? Seriously, I haven't seen that many joints toked since a Cheech and Chong movie. It bordered on the ludicrous, and McDouchwad's theory that life was all about sweet waves and sticky green stuff will further ...

G'Day Australia!: June 2008
http://luttrellsatmanlybeach.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 23, 2008. Training, Surfing, Birthday Party and a righteous concert. We headed home and took it easy the rest of the afternoon to prepare ourselves for the night. Somehow we were lucky enough to score tickets to see The Black Keys at The Manning Bar. Who are The Black Keys? Sadly this will most likely be a common reaction, but let me tell you, these guys ROCK! Matt and Veronica Luttrell. Friday, June 13, 2008. A sunny day before the rain. Matt and Veronica Luttrell. Thursday, June 5, 2008.

G'Day Australia!: March 2008
http://luttrellsatmanlybeach.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 31, 2008. This past weekend Veronica and I actually left the big city to spend a weekend in the country. Or the bush as the Aussies would say. Our friends Martina and Gavin invited us to go with them out to Gav’s father’s place, Monkey Creek Ranch. Located about 30 minutes West of Taralga, Monkey Creek Ranch is a 3 hour drive from Sydney. Sunday was a beautiful day. Sunny, crisp and cool, perfect for lounging around. Didn’t do all that much besides eat and clean. We headed...I feel that the...

G'Day Australia!: April 2008
http://luttrellsatmanlybeach.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Cold weather and loud neighbors. These past 2 days have been chilly. Unseasonably chilly. In fact, the news reported that Monday night was the coldest April 28th in 20 years. The cold has made it even tougher to wake up early to surf, but somehow I have braved the nippy weather and scored some fun waves. Excuse me neighbor, here are some cookies we baked for you. By the way, could you keep your love making down, or choose an earlier time? Matt and Veronica Luttrell. But I digre...
