Throwback Thursday: One of my Favorites. Links to this post. Reflections: Getting the girls in school. So what to do with Kyleigh? Now Miki's school was alot different. One of our neighbors had told us about a good private Kindergarten in the neighborhood, and so we contacted the owner and set up a meeting...

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. Throwback Thursday: One of my Favorites. This post is one of my favorites. We don't live in this neighborhood anymore but when I run, I often pass this spot. It's one of the best places in town to me because it meant so much to us early in our time here. God has continued to bless us. Read about my brave girls here. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Livin' the Good Life.

I've Never Owned A Box: 2011 Romania Mission Trip
http://iveneverownedabox.blogspot.com/2011/11/2011-romania-mission-trip.html
I've Never Owned A Box. Many people choose to confine their thought process. They are "safe" inside their box. Others choose to use a non-traditional thought process. They live outside the box. I've never owned a box. So, I hope you enjoy reading my blog, and remember, if some of my posts seem a little (or a lot) obscure, I've Never Owned A Box. Tuesday, November 22, 2011. 2011 Romania Mission Trip. October 7-21, 2011. This is the banner that greeted us when we arrived at our apartment. IMB Romania - Tea...

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. Speeding, Police and the Judge. I have been pulled over before (in Belgrade they do random stops to check documents etc) and usually the sight of a US passport allows me to be on my way. but not today. I tried repeatedly to get someone to give me a ticket and a fine so I could pay it and we could go, to no avail. Alas we are aloud to see the judge. We marched in with the whole family. Hoping...See t...

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. Throwback Thursday: All About Miki. When we arrived, this kid was a toddler. I can not believe how much she has grown. Most importantly this little lady has given her heart to Jesus in the time that we have been in Serbia. Here is a look back at Miki over the last four years. Before we left the States, 3 almost 4. First Day of 2nd Grade this past September. Links to this post. Links to this post.

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. Throwback Thursday: Laundry In Europe. Doing laundry here is very different. The machines are smaller, they take longer and the dryer is really a fluffer, so everything has to hang to dry. This is not so bad in the summer but on wet cool day like today, clothes may never dry. Not much has changed in the 3 years since this post, I've just gotten a little grayer. Links to this post. Please pray with me.

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. The Midnight Train to Belgrade. A couple of weeks ago I had to make a trip to Macedonia to deliver a car and so I needed a cheap way to get back to Belgrade. I also wanted an experience, so I chose (instead of a bus) to take the night train from Skopije to Belgrade. I had heard horror stories for colleagues bout the night train and how terrible it was so I thought lets try that! Links to this post.

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. I have a confession to make. This past week has been huge in the living a lie department. The first male team athlete in the U.S. came out of the closet. This has given me the shot of courage I needed to make my own confession. Now I don't have fame or notoriety so no ESPN/SI for me only this simple blog to make my announcement to the world. Links to this post. The First of May. We had an excellent ...

Love Goes: November 2012

Welcome to Love Goes. This is the story of the Stevens family and our adventures living in Eastern Europe. I decided to take the family to cut down a new Christmas tree. We had been using this hand me down tree we were given at our arrival here. Not very impressive. So we loaded into the car to head to the store (you really did not think I was gonna spend money on and cut down a real tree did you), but little did we know the adventure that would wait. We took Super Santa and his elves! Links to this post.
