May was the month of both England and India, as I couldn't prepare any meal in April, of that you know. It was Meatless Monday, and I also wanted to cook something simple, finally, so deciding about the menu was easy this time. Monday, 30 May 2016. British Countryside: A Day in Chiddingstone. There's an adorable little country village halfway between London and Royal Tunbridge Wells, right next to Hever. The oldest village of Kent, and it's described as "the most perfect surviving example of a Tudor village in the county". There's not much to say about this place, but it was one of the most memorable streets to walk. It felt absolutely magical! Do you prefer the city or the country?
