Christy's Scrap Place: April 2007
http://christyscrapplace.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 11, 2007. What magical element are you? Found this in another blogger's page and took the quiz. Http:/ www.tinawilliamsdesigns.com/. Which Magical Element Are You? Your element is air. You are kind, loving, and you love freedom. To be free is what you love most in life or want most in life. You're a dreamy person and most of the time your head is in the clouds, but nothing wrong with that. You are a nice person, keep it up. :). Links to this post. Friday, April 6, 2007. Becoming Peculiar: Payback or Pay it Forward
http://becomingpeculiar.blogspot.com/2012/09/payback-or-pay-it-forward.html
Payback or Pay it Forward. We have been very blessed to belong to a church that believes in reaching out and serving each other. Many time members of the Relief Society have brought us meals in our times of need, after the birth of babies, surgeries, etc. Several times they have also come and helped to clean the kitchen and vacuum the floors. I was able to payback - by paying it forward - some of the service that I had received by reaching out and serving others. And it felt wonderful! Alex Boye - Doing ...

Becoming Peculiar: I have a Little Brain too
http://becomingpeculiar.blogspot.com/2012/09/i-have-little-brain-too.html
I have a Little Brain too. It may have taken me years – but I am finally getting it. Books are important! I know, I’ve loved books for my entire life. I would often walk to the library several times a week to get new books while I was growing up, and one summer I kept track and read over a 100 books. Now that I have begun to see principles in books it makes reading take a lot longer, because I am pausing to go – aha! Ooh, that is good, and wow, I want to write about that. So here goes . . . It might have...

Becoming Peculiar: James, James, Morrison, Morrison
http://becomingpeculiar.blogspot.com/2012/09/james-james-morrison-morrison.html
James, James, Morrison, Morrison. James, James, Morrison Morrison,. Care of his mother. Though he was only three. These are the opening lines to a poem that I memorized in middle school. It is amazing how these lines have stayed with me for so many years. Here are two more poems that I learned as a kid – and still remember and say to my kids at random times, like when we are having graham crackers and milk, which I like better than animal crackers. My kids and I have been attending a Poetry Bee. I am ble...

Becoming Peculiar: Digi Scrapping Part 2
http://becomingpeculiar.blogspot.com/2008/09/digi-scrapping-part-2.html
Digi Scrapping Part 2. It's been almost 4 months since I wrote my first blog article about digi scrapping - you can find it here. My Dad sent me an email today - and I thought this quote fit perfectly with the scrapbooking craze. A Birth Certificate shows that we were born. A Death Certificate shows that we died. Pictures show that we lived! You tend to forget that your parents and grandparents were young once. Here's another great page by Nancy! Till next time - remember, Pictures show that we lived!
