NOTE: 1)You can double batch or make twice, 2)This is a generous dough recipe, you can use a large, deep pie plate. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 tsp double-acting baking powder. 3/4 stick cold, salted butter (cut into 1/2 inch slices). 1 tbls. cold water (more or less depending on moistness of dough). My family makes this dish for Christmas every year. It is our main course! Easy, filling, and satisfying! 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 large onion diced. 1 large bell pepper diced.
