Thursday, June 19, 2008. The last week leading up to graduation (heck, even the last month! Was very emotional, stressful, hectic and tiring. but mostly, for me, emotional. I can't even begin to express how much I will miss my FCI family; we really are our own little family. :) I wish everyone the best of luck! My school: The FCI.

We learned different ways sugar can be used to produce showpieces. Pulled sugar, blown sugar, pressed sugar, poured sugar. Lemme tell ya, doing pulled sugar HURTS!
