Monday, August 24, 2009. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour. 2 tablespoons ground flax seed (flax meal). 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/8 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 1/2 cup grated zucchini. 1/2 cup grated carrots. Pinch of espresso powder (optional). In a heavy-bottomed sauce pan over a low flame, whisk together the milk, Nutella, cocoa powder, and espresso (if using). Add cinnamon stick.
