Thursday, November 21, 2013. Beluga vs Salmon Caviar. Once considered food befitting the royalty, now everyone can eat it since we can buy caviar off food shelves in supermarkets. The name caviar was derived from khavyar. Turkish but I don't know what it means and I doubt if the Turkish really enjoy caviar as much as I do. I love Turkish kebab, though!
