Recipes for a happy home. Thursday, November 29, 2007. Spicy Tuna and Egg Bocadillo. 1 can yellow fin tuna, liquid drained. 3 tbsp olive oil. Squeeze of meyer lemon. Mix all ingredients together. Use a kind of bread thats both crunchy and soft such as sweet baguette or dutch crunch. Warm the bread until the inside gets soft. Spread a generous layer of French aioli. I discovered it again on a recent trip to NY. How can I not replicate it now? Magnolia's Famous Banana Pudding. 1 14 oz can condensed milk. 1 1/2 c ice cold water. 1 34 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix, Jell-o is good. 3 c heavy whipping cream. 1 12 oz box Nilla wafers. 4 c ripe sliced bananas. Cover or refrigerate for 4 hours for pudding to set.

Recipes for a happy home. Wednesday, February 27, 2008. A Chicken Called Max's. 1 whole young chicken quartered. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chicken with generous coatings of salt and pepper. Cover with corn starch, rubbing each piece with your hands. Set on a cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top. Bake for 30 mins, and then Broil on low for another 30 minutes. Serve with Banana Ketchup.
