Cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/8 cup chopped fresh mint. Yield: Makes 12 corn dogs.

It was a perfect reprieve from the cold weather and a wonderful night shared with friends! 1 teaspoon raw sugar. 1 ounce fresh lime juice. 1/2 ounce simple syrup. 4 ounces chilled ginger ale. In a glass, muddle/crush the mint, sugar, lime juice and Simple Syrup. Add ice. Top with the ginger ale/club soda/sparkling water. 4 cups sliced (1/4 -inch) zucchini.

(Use forks or toothpicks to pull out of chocolate). 7 Put on wax paper. 1 tsp olive oil.
