A perfect dessert when you have very little in the cupboards, feel like something a little decadent but are already feeling guilty for thinking of wanting dessert. Take 3 pears (ideally Bosc) peel, then cut in half and take the core out. Poach (no sugar in the water necessary) until tender throughout but still holding their shape well. Once done leave to rest. Mad tilberedt med nænsomhed og kærlighed - kokken har glimt i øjet. og øje for detaljerne. Tirsdag den 11. august 2015. Sommer jordbær dessert på nøddebund. For et par uger siden havde vi den årlige sommerfest med Skals, HK og Fibiger Diemer. Sidst nævnte er dog udstationeret i Tanzania! Så de må tilslutte sig julefesten ;o). Der er altid lækker mad på bordet, samt gode druer på flaske! Denne gang havde kokken tryllet lidt mad frem. Desserten var denne lækre sommerkage *. Lækker frisk jordbær dessert.
