Crear en cinco minutos. Tras ese lunes y ese martes micologico, volvi a los fogones con ganas de poner todo en marcha. Creo que una de las cosas mas importantes a la hora de crear un plato, es tener productos con distintas elaboraciones, vamos mas que nada para tener donde agarrarse. Me levanto, sobresaltado, con un ligero hormigueo en el estomago, son las 4 de la mañana y no puedo dormir, siento ilusion por comerme el dia,me dirijo hacia Soria, a esa tierra de setas, hongos y frio, que frio. A lo largo de estos dias, hire describiendo todo lo que alli acontecio, pero os dire que en reglas generales,fue un exito, la cream de la cream en cuanto a setas y cocina. La cocina es constancia, es equipo, uno no triunfa solo, debes ser sencillo y coherente con tu cocina y con los demas.
