Wednesday, March 26. Food time: Pacific Rim Caesar. I realized that although I partially started this blog to respond to people always asking for recipes, I hadn't posted a single one. So, from now on, I'll try to do it weekly. I'm starting with my new favorite food, a modified Caesar dressing. I'd be happy eating it by the spoonful, and I don't even really like a lot of dressing. I found the recipe on Epicurious, as I almost always do. My comments and modifications are italicized. 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
