Mai 2008. 1 Packung Katenschinken (ca. 125g), 1 grosse Zwiebel, 2-3 Frühlingszwiebeln, 1 Knoblauchzehe, Parmesan, 1 Eigelb, 1 Becher Schlagsahne (alternativ Milch), Oregano, Basilikum, Pfeffer, 1 Packung Tortellini mit Fleischfüllung. Eventuell Weisswein, z. B. Pinot Grigio. Zwiebel schälen, würfeln, mit Speck anbraten bis Zwiebeln glasig sind. (optional: mit Weisswein ablöschen). Dann in den Topf mit Zwiebeln und Speck geben; Lauch schneiden, ebenfalls in den Topf geben.
