Though, I think that honor goes to me now. The secret to this dish is that the fish is double-coated, and you start it on the stove top and finish it in the oven. It gets just the right amount of crispiness, but it's not as greasy as deep fried. I served this with some Roasted French Fries. Date Cooked: March 27, 2010.

This summer's CSA was a non-stop parade of fresh vegetables, and my (and my wife's) challenge was to find interesting ways to use all of the vegetables that Farmer Dave could cram into the weekly box. Every day this summer was like an episode of Chopped. Just try to make a menu using beets, dandelion greens and purslane. Friday, December 11, 2009.

I had plans to make these great looking stockings found via the Craft magazine blog. This thing is so amazing, it makes me wa...

Making.creating.baking.cooking.eating.etc. Monday, November 17, 2008. It's getting cold here in Savannah, so yesterday afternoon I decided to make my favorite chowder, Martha Stewart's White Cheddar Corn Chowder. Being thrifty I opted. Here's Sunday night's version:.
