The fact that there are multiple invoices sent out at different times with extra charges tacked on makes me worry that there are no laws actually governing what Govia does. Then i go online and "find" over $3000 in tolls and admin fees. Total tolls amount to $600. Happy to pay. Then i get a message saying some tolls are too old to be accepted by my account provider and can only be paid via credit card menaing i have to pay $900 in admin fees. From NSW, 2171.

However I know that I do have about $300 of tolls to pay and "$1600" of admin fees to pay (which go back about 3years) linked to my account. Twice over the past few months I have received a warning or letter of demand from ROAM to pay something like $35 or today was $65 to my account. (which I have).
