November 9, 2013. 2 lbs (32 oz.) chicken breasts, boneless and skinless. 1 cup salsa, homemade or purchased. 1 cup petite diced canned tomatoes (choose low-sodium). 2 tbsp. taco seasoning. 1 cup onions, diced fine. 1/2 cup celery diced fine. 1/2 cup carrots, shredded. 3 tbsp. sour cream, reduced fat. Place the chicken in a slow cooker. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the meat then layer the vegetables and salsa on top. Pour a half cup water over the mixture, set on low and cook for 6-8 hours.

Strawberry Swirl Cream Cheese Pound Cake. 1 1/2 cups butter (softened). 3 cups AP flour (sifted). 8 oz cream cheese (softened). 6 large eggs (room temp). 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp almond extract. 2/3 cup strawberry glaze( produce dept at grocery store). Preheat oven to 325 and grease pan of choice (I used bunt). Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar gradually until light and fluffy. Scrap sides of bowl. Add cream cheese and beat Until creamy. If you have trouble finding ground chicken that is breast meat only,. 6 T dried breadcrumbs. 190; t dried basil. 190; t dried thyme. 190; t oregano. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 189; a small onion, chopped small or grated. 190; t salt. 1/3 t black pepper. 190; cup Parmesan cheese. 190; cup pasta sauce. 190; cup 2% reduced fat shredded Mozzarella cheese. Dried parsley, oregano or basil for garnish.

Cheesy Bacon Ranch Potatoes Casserole. 2 (16 oz) containers sour cream. 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded. 2 (3 oz) bags real bacon bits. 2 packages Ranch Dip mix. 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes. Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 400 for 45-60 minutes. Divided the potatoes into 3 small 7x7 disposable foil pans and froze them. Wrapped them with plastic wrap and then foil. 1 Pkg Yellow Cake Mix. 2 Pk Orange Gelatin. 1 Cup 2% Milk.
