The Project CARE Coalition operates on the school district’s schedule. The coalition does not meet during the summer, unless it is deemed necessary. Meetings are held every other month on the third Wednesday from 5-6 pm at the Richland Two Conference Center in Columbia Place Mall, 7201 Two Notch Road.
