Friday, July 16, 2010. Granny Estel is rejoicing in the Lord's Presence. Estel has suffered much pain for several months, but last evening she said she had no pain. The cancer was in her bones, her spine, and who knows where else. She has been suffering, but lived alone in idependent living until last Friday when she went to the hospital. Sunday, June 27, 2010. This blog is for my benefit since I don't have my diary here in the hospital. On May 10th I had surgery on my foot to remove bunions and do some bone repair. That meant a cast for weeks. They were always too tight so I had it changed about 4 times. So far God had protected me from death when the clot brok off from my leg, going through my heart and lodging in my pulmonary artery. She is such a sweetheart and has such a happy disposition and is very easy to love. Tuesday, November 1, 2016. First off, I'm sorry this update hasn't come sooner. I know some of you have found the music on Amazon and Spotify already, which is great! But I for sure want to offer the hardcopy as an option for you all, too. She will be going through radiation and chemo as well. Pray for her. She is so precious and brave.
