Food is food . . . is food. Monday, June 14, 2010. Tune Up Cafe @ Santa Fe, NM. A stop in Santa Fe to eat at Tune Up Cafe. Basically this meal for Panda and I cost a little over $40. I do believe it was one of the more expensive meals during our trip. Total let down for our first stop in New Mexico. Food was bland, it was attempting to be "fancy." The restaurant was known for the Paupusas and they weren't very good. Panda had the fish tacos and Wahoo's. Is better. How sad! Chips and Guacamole $6.50.

I have lots to update, unfortunately a lot of the pictures are on my camera and I haven't uploaded them to my computer yet. I left my external in NY and am currently waiting for it to be brought back to me. So for the time being, enjoy this post. I left my camera at home and used the camera on my cellphone. I think I did a post on Osha Thai a few years ago, but I think it merits another update, especially when pictures are taken with my new Nikon P300. Osha Thai. Is just as delicious as before, and prices are typical of SOMA. Honestly, Thai food should not be that expensive. Where the seafood comes out in a plastic bag, you put on a bib, eat over butcher paper, with your hands and suck everything off the shell? Yup this concept is appearing all over the place, and I do have to say it's genius! It was actually featured on Man vs. Food. Everything is just delicious! Do you want to eat this?

Food is food . . . is food. Friday, December 31, 2010. Hudson Tavern @ NJ. Ate at Hudson Tavern. And food was decent. I thought it would be just a random bar, but it turned out to be a little more upscale than that. I think it's because they dimmed the light and served things like White Truffle Mac and Cheese, and Pork Milanese - which I both highly recommend. Really yummy, and that vinagarette salad thing on top was a good compliment. portion was HUGE, took the entire plate. Truffle Mac and Cheese.
