She struggled with severe depression from a very young age. I wrote this song in memory of her. Dear Emily-I wanted to see you, keep seeing you to see you again. In one of my social work classes we learned that goals are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and within a time restraint. To be realistic, I am not setting 100 goals, but only setting a few: one for each specific area in my life. Spiritual: Get into God's word every day. No matter how little, just do it. And pray. Pray with music or while nursing the baby. Yonah: Nurse the whole year!

He was born September 6th (40 weeks and 5 days for me) at 10:08pm, after a six hour labor, pushing for 13 minutes. :) He was 8lb 15 oz, 21.5 inches long, and had a 14.75 inch head! We are both doing great! But 37 weeks passed. I was on the worship team that week. And then we thought, "now the baby will arrive! So then 40 weeks arrived!
