Monday, August 1, 2011. 离开这“家”已一年半了，好想念好想念大家哦！大家好吗？这一年多里，我的心情就像坐过山车一样，有起有落. 烘焙我很久没玩了，孩子都说很想念我的蛋糕！五天忙碌的工作很疲惫，有时间我会好好的休息。去年十二月与家人大大小小共十二人组织到巴厘岛玩。一直以为巴厘岛是个很优美的地方，或许期望太高了，结果是失望的。第一天抵达巴厘岛就状况连连，导游的问题，酒店的问题（我们订的是KING BED，结果是QUEEN BED。后来才搞清楚当地的KING 却是马来西亚的QUEEN！要加床褥，又说没有床褥！）。最令人难忘的就是- -塞车，去观光景点必困在长长的车龙里。巴厘岛去一次就够了. Monday, March 30, 2009. 这蛋糕口感属于湿嫩，而且很健康哦。家人喜欢，除了女儿，她说不喜欢yogurt加入蛋糕里面，只喜欢单吃yogurt。蛋白………………4个. 幼糖…………….50g（原著80g）. 白醋…………….2g. 溶化牛油…………50g. 芒果yogurt ……….200g. 蛋黄………………4个. 低粉…………….40g. 玉米粉………….25g. 1、材料(A) ：蛋白加醋打至起粗泡，先加入一半糖打至细泡后，再加入另一半糖打至湿性发泡。 2、溶化牛油加入yogurt拌匀后，将蛋黄逐粒加入不停搅拌，分次加入(C)拌匀(从下向上翻 )。同时预热烤箱。 3、分三次把蛋白霜加入(2)从下向上翻均，倒入已铺上油纸的模型。 Tuesday, March 24, 2009. 的做法，自己加上热狗，200克的粉做了5个面包。 Monday, March 23, 2009. 的蛋白打发失败，选了这食谱再试一试，结果成功了耶！要多做分蛋的食谱来磨炼磨炼。以下的食谱是2 3人份，我家人口多，用了双倍的份量。低粉……….55克. Monday, January 19, 2009. 300g……….花生（炒香，去皮，磨成粉）. 175g……….幼糖. 250g……….普通面粉. 1/2 茶匙…….盐. 适量……….食油 (我用了约110g). 1。将花生碎，面粉，盐及幼糖拌均。 2。不要把全部食油一次倒完，慢慢加入油拌至可搓成汤丸型的软团就可以不用加油了。 3。烘盘铺吸油纸，用手搓成小球形，放在烘盘上。用原子笔末端印在圆团上，刷上蛋。 4。放入已预热的烤箱，用175C，烘约20分钟或至金黄色。注：炒花生时不必放油，锅热后放小火炒。 Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Monday, August 1, 2011. 离开这“家”已一年半了，好想念好想念大家哦！大家好吗？这一年多里，我的心情就像坐过山车一样，有起有落. 烘焙我很久没玩了，孩子都说很想念我的蛋糕！五天忙碌的工作很疲惫，有时间我会好好的休息。去年十二月与家人大大小小共十二人组织到巴厘岛玩。一直以为巴厘岛是个很优美的地方，或许期望太高了，结果是失望的。第一天抵达巴厘岛就状况连连，导游的问题，酒店的问题（我们订的是KING BED，结果是QUEEN BED。后来才搞清楚当地的KING 却是马来西亚的QUEEN！要加床褥，又说没有床褥！）。最令人难忘的就是- -塞车，去观光景点必困在长长的车龙里。巴厘岛去一次就够了.
