Getting to Know You. State Health Care Form. Grace United Methodist Church. A fee of $35.00 is charged with the registration of each child. This fee is for the purpose of securing a place in the school. The money is used for supplies. No child is enrolled before this fee is paid. Payment is due the 1st of each month and considered late after the 15th of each month. A $500 late fee is charged if tuition is paid after the 15th. M ake all checks payable to Grace Educational Ministries or GEM.

Children are to be picked up promptly at 11:30 and are not to arrive before 9:00. The afternoon program is from 12:30 - 3:00. She has a teaching license and has been teaching for over 18 years. She enjoys the liveliness and joy found daily in the preschool setting, as children and teachers learn together. Mrs. Black is a lifelong resident of Lafayette and spends time outside of the classroom reading, scrap booking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
