Who is eligible to. Anyone who is out of a job and requires assistance with complimenting their rent or mortgage. Anyone needing assistance with purchasing food for their family. (A letter with requested amount along with number household members, also a letter from either of the following, a church, state office, family assistance officer stating the family's needs.). Anyone may inquire about helping another individual. Anyone without insurance and is in need of medical care.

This lead glass window started out with no color, just the clear image of a bird. To my mind, peacocks are all about rich, vibrant colors, so the background had to be impressive. He looks very regal in the window above a staircase, with the morning sun sending dancing colors across the room.
