Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Days 54, 53 and 52. I didn't realize I was so far behind. I've got three days to cover here. Sunday (day 54) we had a good morning service at church. Went and had lunch at Dallas'. Then Emily and Christie (her future mother-in-law) came over about 5:00 so we could show her around the place and fill her in on what all we've got planned. Actually made it to measure for tulle and cloth while I had help! Today is Tuesday - day 52! 160;Only 52 days! Sunday, February 23, 2014.

Thursday, May 2, 2013. George Jones and Daddy. The past week could be considered a sad time for many of us. We as a country lost a great entertainer in the passing of George Jones. On the local scene, however, it was the absence of the McDonald’s restaurant that was the subject of so many conversations. How in the world are these two topics related?
