Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Psalm 23:1–3a: The Lord. Is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. God shepherds all of his people. If you are his, you are under his care, and you do not get lost in the fold. He sees you, individually and personally. Whether you feel you are the best or the worst among us, for all who have trusted in Christ, he is your faithful and sufficient Shepherd. God provides more fully, more comple...

changing times: February 2007
http://awakennewalbany.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 25, 2007. Sometimes the end of busy weekend is something to look forward to. Saturday morning started out great. For the past two years, my wife and children and I have been feeding the homeless. What started out as a one time thing has turned into to a once a month event. We recently teamed up with Graceland Baptist Church. We were able to feed 150 people homemade soup and sandwiches. It's a great opportunity to spend some time encouraging those that are going through difficult times.
