We arrived a couple days before the tour started and visited a few sights on our own. Our first morning we took a walking/food tour, tasting the delicacies of the city. Fried veal cartilage soft and not much flavor. We tried shaved ices with pomegranate and oranges. Our food tour ended with freshly made cannoli!
