Pieces of LiFE . Thursday, August 21, 2008. After pilate, v decided to go to the gym. it's quite fun . finally i act SWEAT! It's been sum time since i sweat alot n i feel totally good aft all the workout. i'm definitely going again. found sumthing new to do now. still thinking whether i should join the membership or jus pay each time i go for any classes. but next mon, i'm going for the aerobics class at 1.10pm. anybody interested? It's been 3 months since I last saw her. :P We decided that we should meet up and we picked today! She came to pick me up and we spent almost 5 hours. Shopping, talking, and catching up with each other. It was really fun, I had the best time ever! We really talked A LOT. D There was hardly a time when we weren't talking. :). It's that time of the month again, i don't feel like eating anything at all especially anything too solid. the lighter meal the better =/ Being healthy is important which is why we shouldn't skip meals so i'm gonna have something light but still has all the essential nutrients.
