Wednesday, July 2, 2014. Q My kiddos hope you enjoy them as much as they did! 1 cup leftover cooked rice. 1 1 3/4 cup flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. A pinch of salt. Heat oil in frying pan, at least 1.5-2 inches deep, on medium heat. Mix all the ingredients up with an electric mixer until the ingredients are well combined. Don't over mix! But by the time I realised it, I didn’t want to go all the way back out front to get another one, so I spent the whole hour correcting it as I pushed. It was oddly reminiscent of my love life.
