The real route of beer
kandiim – From Plants to Beer
https://graintobeer.wordpress.com/author/kandiim
From Plants to Beer. The real route of beer. Last year, I bought 4 varieties, in small pots, Hellertau Mittlefreuh, Cascade, Perle and Magnum. It was almost mid of June and I wasn’t sure if they would survive the hot Greek summer. But I planted them right away and hoped for the best. This is the second year of my hop plants. I believe that they will grow well, since they have all the time to grow fully and the roots have been already well established. Information about my varieties:. April 19, 2016.

Brewing Beer The Hard Way. Growing, malting and brewing beer. Barley pics May 23 →. Garden update May 1st 2015. Looking pretty good so far. I’ve rigged up the chicken wire like last year to prevent lodging. It worked well last year, this time I’ve added a little more support with a bamboo cross bar in the middle to keep the centre up.
