The company I keep. June 3, 2014. Let me share a bit about my newest little lovebug, Cooper. He is growing so fast! Cooper's first nickname was Buddy the Elf, because he arrived on Christmas day, and when he is mad we like to say, "He is an angry elf! Which, of course, is a funny line from the Christmas classic. Other nicknames include Coop, Coopy, Coops, Loop, Coopini. mostly Coopy :) Sometimes Coopy Coopy Coo. Since then, he has had no trouble getting chunky! At work at Nest. At work at Sleep Shop.

The company I keep. February 22, 2013. I Miss Them Already. She wanted to watch home-videos from when she was a baby. So we did. She said things like, "I was such a cute baby! I wish it was possible for me to hold myself as a baby.". And he wanted to play video games. So he did. The company I keep. September 24, 2013. Summer is over, and I, for one, could not be happier about fall's arrival! Ever since we moved, I've been fussy and hot and sweaty and whiny- none of which make for a pleasant me! The temp has finally gone down a bit, and the air conditioning has been replaced with open windows, and my mood is a bit- well- cooler! Here are some pictures downloaded from my phone. The company I keep. August 21, 2013. Our home in California is on a street named Eucalyptus, which means that we have had to learn to spell. Life on Eucalyptus has been busy. The company I keep. June 5, 2014. There are many things that we miss about Washington, but at the top of that list are our friends Katie, Jude, Ethan and Greyson. We said a tearful goodbye to them at the end of July, and it had felt like an eternity had passed since then when their minivan arrived in our driveway late February. They had made the roadtrip to come visit us! Katie's boys had never even been to California, and none of them had met Cooper, so this was a very special occasion! June 3, 2014.

The company I keep. June 18, 2013. There has been a lot going on around here, and it is almost too much for this hormonal and exhausted mama. The tears flow at an impressive rate, and I have absolutely no control over when the tears come or go!
