Monday, September 30. Oats – 2 cups. Water – 1 ½ cups. Oil – 1 tbsp. Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp. Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp. Urad dal – 1 tbsp. Green chilies – 3. Curry leaves – 1 sprig. Asafoetida – 2 pinches. Coconut grated – 2 tbsp. Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, urad dal, curry leaves and chopped green chilies.
