Thursday, February 14, 2013. I still have a hard time with the fact that my baby is 4. Talk about weird. This kid cracks me up. His special Birthday breakfast he requested Cheerios and pears. For lunch he wanted a peanut butter sandwich. Then changed his mind to a ham and cheese quesadilla. Talk about easy to please! He loves trains now. He wanted a Thomas the train cake. Specifically a Toby cake. This is the gem he was blessed with. At least he thought it was awesome. Trick candles are the best.

Thursday, December 27, 2012. Does anyone else get a little bit depressed when Christmas is over? We had a good Christmas. Holidays are 1 million times better with kids. Kya was the first one up, and before I could feed her, she headed straight for her new toy from Santa. Rogan slept until 9:30! He LOVES his big tractor from Gramma and Papa. And this one wasn't sure why she was excited, but she was. She was perfectly happy eating plastic while the rest of us tore away at wrapping paper. Santa Came to Town.

Monday, April 23, 2012. It seems so long, yet goes by so fast. Saturday, April 21, 2012. Waking up is hard to do. In the end, sleep usually wins. Wednesday, April 18, 2012. This weeks doctors appointment told us little kya is up to 6 lbs 1oz. Considering just 3 weeks ago she weighed only 4 lbs 7 oz, that is pretty awesome. Friday, April 13, 2012. Rogan loves being a big brother. Kya sleeps. A LOT. But sometimes she wakes up long enough to say hi. And she's finally getting some meat on her bones!
