Adapted From: Simply Scratch. 1 pound Sirloin Steak, cut into bite size cubes. 1 Red, Orange and Green Bell Pepper, cut into chunks. 1 large Red Onion, cut into cubes. 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon Seasoning Salt (I use Lowry). 3/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper. 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard. 2-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce. 1/4 cup Lemon Juice. 1/4 cup Soy Sauce. Wooden skewers that have been soaking in water for 30-45 minutes.

Makes about 7 cups of granola. 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats. 1 cup slivered almonds. 3/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut. 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar. 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 3/4 tsp. salt. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar. In a separate bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine maple syrup, oil and salt.
