Coconut and powder sugar. Lightly spoon flour and measure). In medium bowl combine first four ingredients and blend well. Chill dough. Heat oven to 350. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. I traveled to Beaumont TX last weekend for my 40th high school reunion. It was wonderful and amazing! My little ’96 Toyota is running great, but the air conditioner is not working.
