October 29, 2010. A Little Later in the Year. I think Grandma Bardsley came to visit in 1979 and took this picture of us. This is when Grandma and Grandpa Rietz lived on Greenway Drive which is the house where I grew up from 3rd grade on. Dawn was such a little chunk! Of course she was a chunk when she was born at 9lb 1oz. After she got over her colic, she was a very happy baby and just loved to look at everything! And it stuck like glue to everything.Dawn and the high chair! October 29, 2010 at 10:43 PM.

October 29, 2010. I just don't think there is anything cuter than naked babies and kids! All their little creases and rolls.I just love it! Kelly and Dawn took a bath together almost every night when Dawn was old enough to sit in the tub. They both loved to play in the water and the tub was always filled with toys when they were in it. The thing with the red straps had a handle that pumped water out of a spout that I think was an elephant's trunk. And this is just a cute picture! I was a chunk!

January 17, 2010. For some reason, we don't have any pictures of me when I was pregnant with Dawn. But I do remember that I was as big as a house! I don't think we were even ready to leave yet and she was there! We left for the hospital about 5:30 and this time WE were flying.luckily there wasn't much traffic at that time of the day! Kelly just loved his new little sister. He was loaded with questions about her and wanted to help. Does this look familiar? An article of clothing being worn for a hat!

October 29, 2010. I actually remember taking this picture. I wanted Dawn to be in the picture too, but she wouldn't have anything to do with it! And I didn't notice Kelly's pants until I saw it in the picture when we got them back. These tan pants were his absolute favorite.he wore them as soon as they were washed and back in his dresser. Homemade just like most of the rest of his clothes.and Dawn's.and mine. I sewed pretty much everything then. I love this picture of Grandpa Ralph and Dawn!
