Aunt Ramona's Africa Adventures: November 2014
http://auntramona.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Aunt Ramona's Africa Adventures. Monday, November 3, 2014. It seems like every time I write a blog post I have to apologize for not doing one for so long! Anyway, I just wanted to write a little something. It seems like our "cooler" weather may have arrived, and not a moment too soon! It has been quite miserable. It still gets hot during the day but the humidity is down and the nights cool off a little. Her name is Sarata (or Sarah). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Aunt Ramona's Africa Adventures: November 2011
http://auntramona.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Aunt Ramona's Africa Adventures. Tuesday, November 8, 2011. How does one describe the great cultural experience we had yesterday? Our friend Amadine had invited us to come and celebrate Tabaski with him and his family. Amadine has worked for 20 years at Dakar Academy as a guard. Some days it takes Amadine two hours to get to DA from his home. He has to take several different car rapides (like a small bus) to get to and from work. Before we left, Amadine told us how much he appreciated our friendship....

On Christmas Eve we will be gathering together at the home of our WorldVenture team's field leader. There will be 25 of us celebrating and eating a traditional ham dinner! Such a beautiful smile.

http://auntramona.blogspot.com/2014/02/da-outreach-2014.html
Aunt Ramona's Africa Adventures. Monday, February 3, 2014. Sorry it has been such a long time again since I've published on my blog. I am so excited about my first DA Outreach trip that I wanted to share some photos. It was really wonderful to see how the DA staff and students, national pastors, etc. all worked together to accomplish much for Him. Keep praying for those who accepted Christ and for those pastors who are following up with them. Our dinner that night, a gift from some pastors. Drama team pe...

http://auntramona.blogspot.com/2015/01/dakar-academy-outreach-2015.html
Aunt Ramona's Africa Adventures. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Dakar Academy Outreach 2015. Jim talked about the DA Outreach in our email update, but I just wanted to add a couple of comments and pictures. The teen girls asked if they could go along to the other villages that they were going to, so they did and heard the gospel two more times. This was a total of four times that these girls heard the gospel that day. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Dakar Academy Outreach 2015. View my complete profile.
