Friday, June 29, 2012. Thanks to my mom I am sometimes inspired to be a cute, crafty mom myself so my lucky kids got to help me make this cute puppies. Lindsay was in charge of putting on the banana slice/smearing peanut-butter all over/quality-control. Eddy was my studious sprinkler roller. A delicious, slightly sticky success! Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Our first big snow day! We have had such a nice November with perfect fall weather, but it was fun to have a snow day. The kids were so excited, and so not dressed for the occasion, but just couldn't be contained. They had a fun 10 minutes before coming back in for a hot chocolate break. Thursday, November 1, 2012. Saturday, September 8, 2012. Lulu-Bug went to her 2-year check-up this week. She's growing, but still hangs around the 30th percentile. She was a busy bug all over the dr.'s office and only requested one thing, "I need a band-aid." She is currently driving me crazy with her changing sleeping schedule, but her and brother share a room now and it actually seems to be helping. She climbs up on her bed to see Eddy on the top bunk and says in her sweetest two-year-old voice, "Sweet Dweams Eddy.".

Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Do you remember the sweetest, cutest baby girl? This one right here. . . Well, she is growing up. Her hair is coming in nicely, at least in the back. I call this her little duck tail. She barely fits in her crib, sigh. She is still my very best helper. She loved sniffing the flowers Brandt got me for Valentines. And she is always into something; except it appears the basket full of toys sitting in the middle of the room! Do you think her and Eddy look similar or identical!

Friday, January 27, 2012. Lulu has yet another nickname, "stinker-bugger-boo! She always seems to find some way to be a stinkin' troublemaker. Like this little trick . . . How in the world? Well, she is a very determined climber. Next example, stairs and stools. This little stool has become her new best friend. Thursday, November 1, 2012. A cute pumpkin princess and a very manly fireman. They got plenty of treats, but Lindsay's are pretty much gone after today. I caught Lindsay running upstairs this morning, "hey mom, I'm just going to keep these two treats in my bed," as she jumped back under her covers. Tuesday, October 30, 2012. We loaded up the kids and headed to Mueller Park one Saturday afternoon. Oh Boy! Trying to catch a decent picture of two kids at once, IMPOSSIBLE! But here are some that show off my cute, dorky children. Then they got distracted by throwing rocks. It got to be a little dangerous. I love the bruises on her busy toddler legs. And now, exactly three weeks from today, baby #3 will be here to join these two crazies. We are pretty lucky and can't wait to meet our new little man.
