Fear of flying, fear of death , fear is something specific. When we deal with anxiety it is about something. It is more generalized and a different feeling from fear. Anxiety is a apprehension that you carry around with you. It is a chronic ongoing worry in which you may not even understand what the source is.

I was traveling all day Thursday, and have been tending to Grandma since i got here. I will post more about each day shortly. We had to put her in the hospital yesterday. She was just to dehydrated and could not keep anything down. She does not have the flu, but a gastro reflux that seems to have gotten worse. I will post more later. Leave a Comment ».
