I don't want to depend on someone having to push me around in a wheelchair. I'm tired of the pain and the limitations Osteo-Arthritis has put on my activities, my body, my enjoying my family. To bake eggs, butter a muffin tin (I used cooking spay) and deposit the raw egg (yolk and all) into the muffin cup. One per cup. The eggs are in the foreground. The rest of the muffin cups are filled with muffin batter). Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Then bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Glad I only made six of them.
